Withdrawal requests are processed within three hours for bank transfers and within one hour for e-wallet transactions under standard conditions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In the event of closure due to breach, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of damages, costs, and voided bonus funds will be returned to the original payment method.
